Best burgers around here, real hamburger and grilled to perfection. Love that everything is made fresh when ordered and fries are always hot and generously served. Also our favorite place for ice cream, it honestly can't be beat. Looking forward to my next visit to Bob's Dairy Dream.

I am so disappointed in my service by the actual owner of this place tonight. I grew up here and worked at this dairy dream as a teenager. I got the absolute worst service and food. And the owner put my drinks into a paper bag that spilled out into the Cole slaw in my meals also I asked for absolutely no jalapenos and my tenderloins were covered in nasty soggy lettuce and diced tomatoes and it was absolutely disgusting and I will never go back. Unfortunately I tipped them 30 bucks for the effort and I didn't realize what I had gotten. I went home and had to go to Casey's for a quick pizza pickup.. what a letdown. I wouldn't recommend this joke of a place just because of its history. The new owner clearly has no idea what customer service is about or how to train her staff. Never again. Very upsetting

I truly enjoyed the food; it was excellent and delicious. However, I would be grateful if there were either less ice cream on the brownie treats or a larger container, as the ice cream unfortunately spilled onto my arm. Other than this is was amazing and would definitely recommend.

Shakes, cones, mixes, all great. Burger was good. Chili dog was ok. Steam the bun and maybe crumbled meat for the chili, less red sauce in it. The chili fries we didnt eat. Bobs, make a trip to Galesburg to Coney Island! Its the oldest restaurant in town. They make killer chili dogs. Look them up on google reviews…

Our new house is located not too far from Bob's Dairy Dream so it's a little bit too convenient to stop by to get some ice cream on those warm summer nights! My favorite is cookie dough and brownie twister, absolutely delicious! The customer service is great everytime we come here. The girls are super sweet and thankful for our business. The Ice cream is kind of a lighter texture (not as thick as a custard), it tastes great & they you can make pretty much any flavor you like! Their food is made hot and fresh to order! There is also outdoor seating surrounding the building where you can sit and enjoy your treats!
